GW will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by visitors not adhering to the rules.

Driving Range

1. Range balls are property of GW

Leaving GW with our range balls for any reason is ‘THEFT’

2. Aim at the field

Do not purposely aim outside of the nets.

3. Keep off the grass

   Do not attempt to retrieve balls in the field.

   Do not go beyond the mats under any circumstances.

4. Swing only on the mat

   No practice swing except on the mats.

5. Keep appropriate distance from other golfers

6. 1 person occupying the mat at a time

   Do not teach on the mat except GW instructor. 

7. Proper golf swings and golf grip are required

   Aggressive swings are prohibited.

8. Do not aim at the ball picker

   This may cause serious injury to our staff or cause mechanical damage.

9. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times

10. Misuse of rental clubs will result in a charge for lost and damaged clubs.

11. Dogs must be on leash at all times

12. No horseplay

    Respect other golfers and keep noise levels appropriate.

13. Lightning

    Stay in the office or car during thunderstorms.

14. NO smoking, NO alcohol, NO drugs on premises

   Anyone under the influence will be refused to use the facilities.

15. Speed limit in the parking lot is 5 km/h

• These rules will be strictly enforced for the SAFETY of all customers and our staff. If you breach any of the above rules, you will be told to leave with NO REFUND.

Mini Golf

• Play only on the courses.

• No full swings or chip shots on the course or the surrounding lawn.

• Do not hit the brick with the putter.

• Fee only covers one round. Second round is half-price.

• Smoking-free

Rentals

• To ensure our clubs maintain in good shape for future customers, please swing gently when using our rental clubs.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to return clubs in the same condition that they received it in.

• Only hit the range balls, not the dividers or concrete.

• Return the rental clubs as soon as you are finished hitting balls.

• There will be a charge for lost and damaged clubs.

Golf Lessons

• The golf instructor is responsible for booking, canceling, or rescheduling lessons.

• Liability of people that are having lessons are the responsibility of the golf instructor.

Parking Lot

• To ensure the safety of our customers and children, the speed limit in our parking lot is 5 km/h.

• Customers are responsible for removing their cars before we close.

Cleaning

• Golf balls are washed in an automated machine with running water after each use.
